“I’ve learned how to break things down and make it easier for kids to understand how to do each skill. I work the kids a lot on technique and form. We run drills with repetition until their bodies just naturally do what it’s supposed to. I’ve gotten good at seeing the little things that need fixing so the students can progress and get the skills faster. I focus a lot on being positive and boosting kids self-esteems. I dont love it when kids are standing in line during class, so we are constantly moving and working. We do rotations and obstacle courses, strength training and fun challenges".
I try to make my classes the happiest, most fun time the kids have each week!”
